Vintage KLA-TRA-SO 3-piece carving set made in Solingen, Germany, featuring an elaborate hunting and game motif. The set includes a carving knife, two-prong carving fork, and sharpening/honing steel. Each piece features a textured stag-style handle decorated with raised game animals and woodland imagery. The carving knife is especially striking, with colorful and gold-tone hunting scenes along the blade featuring deer, birds and foliage. The blade is marked: KLA-TRA-SO Stainless-Steel Solingen – Germany Ges. Gesch. The lid/top of the original box is missing. The remaining tray shows wear consistent with age. This vintage set shows surface wear, discoloration, spotting and other signs of age and previous use.
